Autumn Colored Outfits!

Hi loves! I hope everyone had a nice long weekend 🙂

I am loving this transition time, from Summer to Fall.  I drove home this past weekend to spend time with my family.  My drive was so gorgeous! All the leaves are starting to change and it just made the drive so enjoyable!  I was noticing all the vibrant colors of the leaves and it really inspired me into finding some fun fall items that remind me of those amazing colors.  I put together a couple go to outfits, I could live in either one of these outfits LOL.

TGIF! So happy the weekend is finally here! This week has been a bit hectic so I am excited to get a chance to unwind this weekend.  It has been super warm here in NYC which has put me in the greatest mood! I keep shopping for new spring items online that would be perfect for this warmer weather.  Thought I would share some that I really love right now and would be awesome staple items for this spring!  What are some of your staple items?

Snow Day Outfit

Hi loves!

I hope everyone had a great weekend and Happy Monday :).  If you were on the east coast I know you were most likely snowed in!  I loved having a snowy weekend.  Tom and I just stayed in and watched movies and cuddled, my favorite thing to do on the weekends when its nasty outside LOL.  We also got a chance to make a bunch of healthy meals and juice a lot.  It was crazy on Saturday and then Sunday came around and the snow stopped and it was so sunny and nice out, so we decided to do a little photo shoot.  I love nothing more then wearing my giant warm Sorel boots, big comfy sweaters and scarves.  Tom got me this scarf in the pictures for Christmas, its made of recycled cashmere from a woman who hand makes them all to order at a cute little shop in Peekskill.  These mirrored sunglasses are so great, you must check out ZeroUv.com, they have awesome prices and really cute options.  I also thought it would be fun to show off one of my favorite hairstyles.  I just love braids (especially fishtails!) and they are such an easy way to add a little something extra to any outfit! I hope you all have a great week and enjoy your Monday!

Ipsy Glam Bag All Time Faves!

So I have been getting the Ipsy glam bag for 13 months (My November one hasn’t arrived yet!! Fingers crossed it is in my mailbox tonight!) and I have actually discovered and purchased a bunch of full size items from my glam bags.  I thought I would put together a list of my all time faves that Ipsy has so kindly introduced me to!

From my first bag in October 2014:

Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser

I loved this cleanser so much that I went and ordered it.  It smells amazing and is not too harsh on my combination skin.  You can find this Indie Lee Brightening Cleaners here.

In December I discovered this awesome hair product:

Bumble and Bumble All-Style blow dry

I am a fanatic about my hair and the products that I use.  I tried this Bumble and Bumble hair cream and fell in love and had to buy it to use all the time.  It smells amazing too!

Coastal Scents Liquid Liner

I had never heard of Coastal Scents before getting this liner in one of my bags.  I have one piece of makeup that I use daily and that is black liquid liner.  I have tried so many different brands and will have to say this one is at the top of my list of favorites.  It stays on all day long, doesn’t smudge or fade while wearing it.  I really recommend this!  You cannot go wrong for spending only $2.95 on this either and it comes in a few different colors.

Eva-NYC up all night volumizing spray

Another hair product that I purchased full size.  This smells amazing!! That is the main reason I purchased it hahah.  Yes it works nice too but the smell is what had me purchase it.  You can find this Eva-NYC Up All Night Spray here.  You can get it in a 1oz bottle or 8oz bottle which I love.  So you have the option of sampling it to see if you really like it or not!

Gel Effect Nail Lacquer

I had never heard of this brand before.  I wasn’t a huge fan of the color but wanted to try it to see how I liked the formula and it really did stay on long and was super shiny.  Gel Effect by Aurora comes in so many colors so I decided to buy a few.  I also just saw that they are running a 30% off sale right now on their site!!
