Hi dolls! TGIF! I hope everyone enjoyed a nice short week.  I loved having Monday off, I think that should be the new norm, especially since Monday is by far the worst day of the week LOL.  It made this week fly by!  The weather over the holiday weekend was GORGEOUS in NY, lots of activities outside which is always a plus!

I thought I would end the week with some staple items.  I love go to outfits that are cute but also casual and comfortable.  I just love a good t-shirt and jeans and I thought these accessories were perfect as well.  You can never go wrong with a cute choker necklace and a nice light lip color!

Spring time looks

Hiya dolls!! TGIF!  So my posts seem to keep happening only once a week which is just not cool.  I plan on changing that over this weekend with some fun things I have coming up to blog about!  I hope everyone made it through the week so they can enjoy the weekend!  I am going home this weekend to visit my family for my dads 60th birthday, I am so excited to see everyone.  It sucks living away from family, luckily mine is only a 5 hour drive away and not a plane ride away, but still, its tough.

So I thought I would help start your weekends off right with some fun spring deals I came across.  Even though it is supposed to SNOW this weekend where I am going I am still dreaming of spring time!

Hi dolls!

I can’t believe its been 9 days since I last posted, what is wrong with me?!  Life has just been super hectic and I hate that I don’t have enough free time in my life.  Any who, TFIG! So happy the weekend has finally arrived! Any fun plans?

Well I have been loving this one website lately and thought I would share some of my fave items with you guys from House of CB.  They have some of the best ‘going out on the town with you girlfriends’ dresses.  I guess I got in the “mood” to look at fun going out dresses since I am being reunited with one of my besties next weekend and we are going to hit up the night life in NYC, gosh its been so long since I have done that!  I am so overdue for some dancing and girl time with her!

Happy hump day!!  I am so happy we are half way to the weekend! I just love the weekends and having time to unwind, get things done around the apartment and spend time with my love.  We normally have plans and a ton of things going on but this weekend we don’t (yay!) I like to lay low once and a while haha.

Happy hump day friends!! I hope everyone had a nice long weekend, I sure did.  I actually had a fun trip to Cleveland to visit my sister! It was so great spending time with her, I hate how far away she lives from me 😦 . I will put up a post from all the fun things we did and saw in Cleveland later in the week.  Today I wanted to share an awesome sale I came across from Nordstrom!  They are offering up to 40% off on their Winter Clearance items!  I thought it would be fun to feature some gorgeous dresses.  Spring is around the corner and wedding season begins (most of ours fall later in the year but still fun to start planning).  I picked out some dresses that I thought would be perfect for all different types of weddings.  Black tie to cocktail dresses and that perfect “little black dress”. Hi lovies!

I hope everyone is having a lovely week thus far, Happy hump day!  I don’t know about you guys but I am itching for spring time.  I just LOVE when all the snow starts to melt (here in NY we have been having record breaking NICE weather-so not normal, but hey I’ll take it) and the birdies are out and chirping in the mornings, the plants start to bloom and you get to start wearing less and less layers.

I love surprises and I also love a good sale!  Kate Spade has amazing deals going on right now! I just love their bags.  If the usual price point of $300+ doesn’t work for you then maybe you can snag a deal during this sale!  The prices right now are so affordable, it is the only time I will ever really purchase a Kate Spade bag.  All sales are final but the beauty of buying accessories is one size fits all!

I just love big tote bags.  As a commuter it is rather essential to have a big bag with you on your long journey to and from work.  I love being able to fit a book, my ipad, phone, headphones, wallet, keys and any thing I may be working on.  This bag is amazing and I really love the color!

This gem was originally $398 on sale for $149!

I adore this as an everyday bag.  It is a perfect size to fit your essentials and has a cross body strap.  I have found that the last few purses I have purchased all have cross body straps and I feel like I would be lost without them.  Makes tasks so much easier when your arms and hands are free from holding your bag.

I love this one, originally $275 now $89!

You always need a good small cross body for when you go out and only need money, cards, phone and some lipstick.  This also comes in black but I love this ‘red plum’ color.  I usually wear  a lot of black when I go out so this pop of color I think would be a nice addition.

I just love this color and style.  It is pretty versatile and will go with anything from jeans to a cute dress.  I also realized that I lack a variety of colors in my accessories.  I usually go the safe route of black or neutrals but this bag is calling out to me!
