Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay

Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Deep Pore Cleansing, 1 Pound

I love trying new beauty products and this little gem has been on my list for a while.  I have read all these great reviews on it which intrigued me even more to check it out.  I finally purchased the Aztec Secret, on Thrive Market.com, this past week.  It is an interesting product because it can be used for a few different things.  Its a wonderful face mask but can also be used for insect bites and foot soaks.  Very rarely do you find such an all-in-one product like this. So I decided to give it a shot last night.

This big container comes as a powder ( I was totally not expecting that!) and in the instructions it says to mix equal parts clay powder with either water or apple cider vinegar.  I opted to try it with the ACV, figured it would add a little extra something.

You mix it up and apply it to your skin.  It says to let it dry for 10-15 minutes.  It gets very hard and tightens up your face. They say in the description you can “feel your face pulsate,” that was  a good description, I sure felt that.  The ACV also created a fuzzy/sizzling texture and feeling when applying it, which I really liked. You then rinse it off with warm water.

Overall I actually really liked the mask!  I noticed my pores looked smaller instantly and that was just after one use!  They say to use it once a week for best results.  They also said your skin will be a bit red for about 30 minutes after rinsing the clay off and mine sure was but no biggie because I did it right before bed (and my husband has seen worse! haha)

I found it on Amazon for $7.40 but you cannot beat the price I paid at Thrive Market, for $4.45.  This tub is huge too, something that will last a very long time.  Right now Thrive Market has a promo where you can get a free full size (15 oz) organic coconut oil free plus free shipping with a $49 purchase.  You cannot beat the prices at Thrive Market.

Have you ever tried the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay?? If so what were your thoughts?
